The project to construct a 640-unit residential complex is one of the largest housing projects within the framework of the National Housing Movement Plan, which is currently being implemented in Farhangian Township, Bojnourd County. This project is actually part of the 1,120-unit comprehensive plan of the National Housing Movement, which aims to create suitable conditions for housing the population and meeting the housing needs of families in the region. The residential complex consists of 32 5-story blocks and its total infrastructure is approximately 73,000 square meters, so compared to the number of units, it provides adequate space for each family to live. This project is built with modern design and standard materials to meet current world standards in the construction sector, and is designed to create a safe and comfortable environment for residents. Currently, the first phase of this project is under construction and construction operations are continuing in phases. Amenities and services, parking, green spaces, and other public spaces have been planned to ensure maximum well-being for residents. This project is of particular importance, given the growing needs of the population in the region and the government’s priority in providing housing for different segments of society, and efforts are being made to meet a large part of the citizens’ housing needs in the shortest possible time. The ultimate goal is to create a peaceful, healthy, and dynamic community in Farhangian Township in Bojnourd, where residents can experience a comfortable, safe, and high-quality life.
